What is your Shipping/Delivery Policy?

When the articles ordered are "in stock", we proceed to shipment the same day or the day after. But if the articles ordered are "available on order", the delay for proceeding to shipment may vary according to articles ordered; when you navigate in the different categories of products, a notice of approximative shipment time is indicated for the products "available on order"

We ship everywhere in the World.:
For Canada
, delivery is done with ExpressPost from Canada and the lead time is usually between 2 and 3 days. 
For USA
, delivery is done with ExpressPost US (USPS) Post and the lead time is usually between 5 and 8 days.
For the rest of the World, delivery is done with Parcel Post International and the lead time may vary but is usually between 10 and 15 days.

Shipping fees that we charge reflect the most possible the real cost from the different carriers services.
For customers inside Canada, a tracking number will be supply for a follow-up of delivery.


What is your Return/Refund Policy?

It is possible to return the merchandise for a refund and this in a delay of 30 days from shipment. Original boxes are required for a refund and the merchandise shall not be dammaged.

In the case of articles "in stock", we refund completely the value of articles; only shipping and return fees remains at the expense of the customer. 
In the case of articles "available on order", returns are subject to 25% restocking fee because we didn't have in stock the merchandise; shipping and return fees remains at the expense of the customer.
